Rethinking Children’s Mental Health: Every Adult has a role to play
If the adults spending time with our children are equipped to spot the everyday signs of anxiety and depression, they can prevent it from getting worse.
At Blue Mental Health Support, we provide digital training courses for teachers, parents, and carers. Our courses are created with input from mental health experts, teachers, children, and their families. Available on our online platform, this training makes professional mental health knowledge accessible for everyday use.
A new approach
By equipping people with the right knowledge and consistent techniques both at school and at home, everyone is on the same page to spot mental health issues earlier and help provide support that stops things from getting worse.
Invest in better mental health
We wish we could offer our courses for free, but to keep improving, we need to charge. A school can train every staff member for £700 (or £350 with a discount code), whilst parents and carers can purchase the course on an individual licence basis.
Beyond PowerPoints
Our training includes more than just PowerPoint presentations. We offer short videos, like tutorials, animations and role plays, featuring CBT therapists, children, teachers, and parents. It’s evidence-based and developed by therapists with over 70 years of experience.
Teachers shared anecdotes of how the course was thought provoking and interesting and a great way to improve on oneself

Enhance your skills and knowledge to improve children’s mental health
Children first
Our training is crafted by therapists specialising in cognitive-behavioural therapies for children. Empowering both parents and schools alike, we deliver the same principles for both teachers and families, designed specifically for their settings. This means that everyone’s on the same page, inside and outside the classroom, supporting our children in the best way possible.
Creating impact for good
We believe that every adult can play a crucial role in preventing the escalation of mental health challenges in children, helping them thrive emotionally, socially, and academically. Furthermore, when you buy a Blue Mental Health Support course, you’re not just helping children’s mental health, you’re also contributing to better healthcare in our communities due to our NHS roots.

Enhancing your skills and knowledge in improving children’s mental health
Early support intervention in schools showed just how Blue Training can look to create a holistic model which upskills staff, as well as sharing the best practice for supporting students. This feels just the right approach for us across all our schools and I highly recommend this service.
