Frequently Asked Questions

In this article, we address some of the most frequently asked questions about our online training website.

Tip: For specific course or account questions, please visit the Course Support or Account Support pages.

1. Who are these courses designed for?

Our mental health courses are designed for all adults who work with children from ages 4-19. Whether this is school teachers, support staff, or parents, the online training covers all of these areas.

2. What types of mental health training courses do you offer?

At the moment, we offer a course titled “A blueprint for wellbeing in schools” which trains school staff on mental health awareness, spotting the signs in children, identifying potential mental health issues early, and delivering the right interventions to support children.

We are currently developing a “Parents version” of this course which we will release in February/March 2024.

3. Will I receive a certificate upon completion of a course?

Our courses are CPD accredited and you will be provided with a customised certificate once you complete a course.

4. How long is the certificate valid for?

For some of our courses, the certificate will be valid for 12 months, at which point you can retake the course as the content will have changed by this time (We update and add to the content every year). For other courses the certificate will be valid indefinitely and you will be made aware of this before your purchase.

5. Can I provide feedback about a course?

Each course will have its own dedicated feedback form, look out for this in the final lesson of the course you are taking.

6. Can I see a sample of the course I want to buy?

Yes, we have prepared free samples for each of our courses. To access these, please enrol in your chosen free sample course in the Courses page.
